Sourced from the Bababudangiri Hills of Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, these SLN 795 green coffee beans are naturally exposed to moisture-rich monsoon winds on India's west coast for several weeks. During this process, the beans absorb moisture, expand, and develop a pale golden colour while their acidity softens. After monsooning, the beans are roasted in small batches, producing earthy notes, warm spices, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, a full body, and a mellow finish.
