Sourced from the Bababudangiri Hills of Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, these SLN 795 coffee cherries undergo two fermentation stages - first as whole cherries and again at the parchment stage. The coffee is then washed and slowly sun-dried on raised beds. After drying, the beans are roasted in small batches, developing cranberry and floral notes with honey-like sweetness, milk chocolate, a syrupy body, and clean acidity.
