Sourced from the Bababudangiri Hills of Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, these Arabica beans grow at elevations of 4,500-5,000 feet beneath native shade trees and fruit orchards. The cool mountain climate supports slow and even ripening, helping the beans develop their natural character. Each small batch is roasted to develop a full-bodied cup with notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, caramel, and cocoa, followed by a smooth finish.
